2. What we collect
- What you give us: name, business name, phone, email, trade, and your answers about employees and subcontractors.
- Application details: if you continue to an application, you may provide business details such as FEIN, entity type, and owner names.
- Automatic data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referring site, and campaign tags.
3. How we use it
- To answer your request, prepare quotes, place coverage, and issue certificates.
- To contact you by phone or email about your quote or policy, and by text only if you opt in.
- To meet Georgia Department of Insurance licensing and recordkeeping duties.
- To improve this site and measure which pages work.
4. Who we share it with
- Insurance carriers, wholesalers, and quoting platforms we use to quote and place your coverage, including SolePro.
- Service providers that run our systems: GoHighLevel (website, forms, CRM), Google Workspace (email and documents), and Google Analytics. They use it only to provide services to us.
- Regulators or others when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising or data brokerage.
5. Online quotes and payments
The online quote and any premium payment are handled by our quoting partner, SolePro, under its own terms and privacy policy. Quinn Alliance LLC does not receive or store your full card number.
6. Text messages (SMS)
If you check the box to receive texts, you agree to receive messages from Quinn Alliance LLC about your quote and policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of getting a quote. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools for site function and basic analytics (Google Analytics). We do not use them to sell data to advertisers. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
8. How long we keep it
Client records are kept for the period Georgia insurance recordkeeping rules require. Quote information for people who do not become clients is kept for up to two years, then removed from active systems.
9. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by contacting us. We will honor deletion requests except where the law requires us to keep records, and we will tell you if that applies. Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email. Stop texts by replying STOP.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is completely secure.
11. Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
